Effect of national chelated micronutrient fertilizers on the productivity of grape plants and quality indicators of wine

چکیده
The article presents the results of studies, carried out in 2018-2020 soil and climatic conditions viticultural zone South Coast Crimea on wine grape variety ‘Cabernet-Sauvignon’. It was established that double application national chelated micronutrient fertilizers Tiaton Chelaton Extra for foliar dressing grapes contributed to an increase average bunch weight by 9.3-15.3 g (10.3-16.9%), shoot productivity 10.4-17.1% cropping power 0.6-1 t/ha (10-16.7%) comparison with control. experimentally determined test treatments preparation led a significant length annual shoots 13.3 cm (9.3%) gain green matter bushes 265.9 3 (12%). Using studied against background increased positively influenced process sugar accumulation ensured value component at control level. studies have proven treatment fertilizer mass concentration phenolic substances 10.7%.
